基本职责EssentialFunctions-UndertakealldesignandmodificationresponsibilitiesthroughtheuseofSolidWorks.Thiswillpotentiallyinvolvedevelopmentofnewproducts,modificationtoexistingproductsorprocessimprovements.AlldesignanddevelopmentactivitiesaretobedoneinclosecollaborationwiththeDesignTeambasedinAustralia.负责所有产品的设计和更新，包括新产品开发，现有产品的修改和工艺改进。所有产品的设计和修改都将与澳大亚设计师团队一起合作完成。-ToassisttheProductionManagerinenforcingpre-determineandagreedQualityControlStandardswithintheproductionfacilityandwithcontractmanufacturers.Thisincludesundertakingsurpriseinspectionsatsuppliers’premises,productstresssamplingorrecommendingprocessimprovementstosupplierstofurtherimprovequality.协助生产经理确认质量控制标准，并按照质量控制标准进行严格的质量检验，包括对半产品、成品的临时抽检，提出工艺改进建议等提高产品质量。-Ensuretimelyanalysisandreviewofallsuppliers–ensuringthatrelationshipsareprofessional,negotiationsarethoroughandthepipelineofback-upsuppliersisfresh定期分析和报告供应商情况，确保与供应商的良好关系。-Finishotherworksassignedbyproductionmanager.ThisrolereportstotheProductionManager,及时完成生产经理安排的其他工作，并岗位所有工作向生产经理汇报。须具备的知识、技能和能力Knowledge,SkillsandAbilities-OperationalusageofSolidWorksforatleast4years.至少4年以上Solidworks操作经验。-UniversityeducatedwithgoodEnglishfluency.Degreequalifiedfromwell-regardedChineseuniversitiesoruniversitiesfromAustralia,NZ,theUS,theUKorCanada.DegreestobepreferablyinMechanicalorManufacturingEngineering.大专以上学历，机械电气或电子工程专业，英语口语流利，能独立与国外总公司同事沟通。有国外留学经历更佳。-Previoushands-onworkindesign,productdevelopmentorreverseengineeringactivities.具有产品开发、设计和逆向工程等从业经验者优先。-Previoushands-onexperienceinqualitycontrolformetalfabricationbasedindustries.Thisincludesexperiencesinimplementingqualitycontrolstandardsandguidelines.必须具有五金机械类质检经验，按照质量控制标准要求进行产品检验。-Excellentanalytical,criticalthinkingandproblemsolvingskillsrequired.很强的分析，决断和处理问题的能力-Experienceinworkinginmetalfabricationindustriesorautomationmanufacturerswillbewellregarded.Examplesincludeboomgatemanufacturers,gatemanufacturersorentrancecontrolmanufacturers.具有五金机械或自动门等相关制造企业从业经验者优先。-Goodinterpersonalrelationshipskillswithclientsandcolleaguesoverseas能和客户和海外同事保持良好的人际关系-BasicknowledgeofKingdeeERPsystemswillbewellregarded.具有金蝶ERP从业经验者优先。
